In this video, I compared the pros and cons of of DIRECT HIRE OR AGENCY, ALIN ANG MAS MAGANSA OARA SA JOB APPLICATION TO CANADA.

I dis this by showing a few jobs that are available right now at jobbank.gc.ca and a few jobs that are being recruited by the recruitment agencies in the Philippines

These jobs are current, so I encouraged you my viewers to apply to these jobs if you are qualified.

And then, I made a comparison according to the process of job application , the number of vacancies, the number of possible applicants in every job, etc.

I came up with the observation that applying at recruitment agencies has more pros and advantages but it is not a guarantee that an applicant will be hired. It will also depend on the qualifications of the applicant,

I also encourage you guys to apply to many jobs either at direct hire or to agencies in order to have more chances of being hired.
