Discard Starter Sourdough Bread with Incredible Flavour

This sourdough bread is flavour explosion and fully made out of your discard starter.

Specs for the dough:
1000g of sourdough
200g flour (20%)
100g seeds (10%)
15g salt (1.5%)
10g turmeric (1%)

Instructions:
1. Mix all together
2. Place in your loaf pan
3. Proof until dent recovers slowly
4. Bake with steam until core temperature reaches 80°C
5. Remove steam, bake until core temperature is at least 95°C
6. Done
