4weeks post surgery not all the referred leg pain is gone but it has calmed considerably.

I have decreased my pain killers from 24 per day down to 0 and antiinflammatorys from 6 per day to 23 and I'm now using the slight pain to help understand what's going on and stop me from pushing to hard.

Started swimming again and will be starting static bike work from tomorrow

I won't be running or lifting for a while at least till I can cope without any drugs.
