"Take the discrete radio transmitter from the Ashika town center dead drop."

"Plant the radio at the top of the Shadow Company Ship."

"Upload the radio's frequency to an Upload Station after it's planted."

The Discrete Radio Transmitter is inside the dead drop located east of the Town Center building, west of the "H"shaped building in Sector E5. It's east of the gas station, in the fencedin back yard of a twostory building. Open the dead drop and stow the transmitter.

The Shadow Company Ship is NOT one of the sunken ships; it's the freighter docked at Ashika Port in the far south. "The top of the ship" refers to the uppermost deck, not the roof. It's the deck with all the windows. The windows facing the cargo area and the stern is where you plant the radio.

The "Upload Station" refers to any tower on the map. In this video, we took the closest tower, right in Ashika Port. The tower is shown in the video from the ground level, as my teammate had climbed it to start the upload for me. (Any squad member may climb the tower to start the upload; it does not have to be the player that planted the radio.)
