Five Nights at Freddy’s is one of the biggest indie games in history alongside Shovel Knight, Undertale (the greatest game ever made), and more recently Friday Night Funkin’. Honestly though, they’re great from a lore perspective but only fine from a gameplay perspective. When I first watched Charriii’s video on them, I thought it was pretty good, but that was back when I knew nothing about Fnaf. Now, I realize that it’s quite the opposite, and it’s not that he misunderstands the lore. It’s that he takes literally everything at face value, even the fact that the games parody lowpaying jobs which gets really obnoxious over time.
