Learn about the distal biceps tendon and how to identify its components.
In this video, I show you the anatomy of the distal biceps tendon and its two components and an example of an isolated complete tear of one of the components, while the other tendon is only partially torn. The short head of the distal biceps tendon is inserting more distally onto the radial tuberosity, while the long head is inserting more proximally.
