The meditation you are about to experience can be a source of great comfort and strength, especially during difficult times when you are in need of spiritual support. Doing it regularly, can help you deepen your relationship with Jesus and trust in God’s plan for your life, even when you do not fully understand it. As a result, expect miracles to take place!

The expression "Jesus, I trust in You" is closely associated with the devotion to the Divine Mercy and is based on the visions and messages of Saint Faustina Kowalska, a Polish nun who lived in the early 20th century. According to her diary, Jesus appeared to her and asked her to spread the message of his mercy throughout the world. This message, which Jesus asked her to inscribe on the image of Divine Mercy, encourages us to trust in Jesus and his mercy, even in the face of difficulties and challenges. It is often used in prayers, novenas, and meditations as a reminder to turn towards Jesus with confidence and trust that his Divine Mercy and unconditional love are always available to us.

I’ll be helping you enter into a state of heart coherence, or harmony between brain and heart. From this space of inner harmony, you can recite the prayer, “Jesus, I trust in You” repeatedly, until you feel empowered, calm and at ease. The key is to embrace this prayer with a focus of awareness, breath, and feeling in the heart rather than the mind.
