DIY: Well you know how much I love polka dots and damask, but wow do I love lace as well. In this video I will show you how I used a Martha Stewart paper lace maker to dress up some ordinary brown and white paper bags. The lace really made an adorable addition to the bags that would be great for a baby shower, birthday party, or some kind of cute give away bag.
