This is a tutorial video for someone who wants to make a Flower Crown (cherry blossom flower, rose flower) from tissue or crepe paper, colour photocopy paper,, for hair accessories and wreath room decoration. Tissue or crepe paper, colour photocopy paper are consider cheap and easy to get. We could easily buy it at book store and convenient store.
This video also shows an easy and unique technique for creating wrinkle leaves so it will look more natural.
