Sue and I love checking out Little Free Libraries when we are camping or out riding our bikes. We decided to build one. We checked with a local church that has a pavilion and clothes donation box to see if we could put it in their parking lot. They also allow Harvest Host Campers, so we thought that would be a good fit. The village its an old Erie Canal Town and they have a lot of Greek Revival Architecture. We designed our Library to look consistent.
It was a fun project and we filled it with books that we have read for our two book clubs. We registered it with https://littlefreelibrary.org/ so that people can locate it on their mapping app.
