Material:
3D printed parts ( https://files.fm/u/hqg8kwr68 )
Neodymium magnet 5mmX8mm cylindrical shape
0.2mm enameled wire .
Small metal rod
Small metal piece (if you want self centering)

How to:
Print 3d parts
Sand paper edges
Wrap at least 100 turns of wire to make the coil (about 500mA on 2.3V,more turns means less current and less heat )
Fix wire in place with any kind of glue
Place the magnet on center of actuator moving flap
Mount flap inside actuator
Glue small metal piece on top of actuator if you want self centering.
