A block I constructed from from stud work timber available in timber merchants / hardware shops. I built this motorcycle lift block as there is know where nearby to buy a retail one and getting things delivered here is a problem as I work. Materials wood cost £12 and Screws were about £5 pounds. I used the bar (see the other video) to jack the back up and a car jack to jack the front. I jacked on a cross section of the frame which can be found underneath the sum guard. I then placed the block underneath and gently lowered the bike. The bikes a transalp by the way!
