DIY suspension components:
2x 56" PVC pipe at the diameter of your choice or commercial grade exercise machine handles

1x 20 foot length of 5mm prusik cord https://is.gd/f6t72h
Or
2x 10 foot length 5 mm prusik cord

2x 3 foot long 3/4" width simple slings with 1 inch loops made out of flat nylon https://is.gd/q56oiU
1x 3 foot long 1" width simple sling with 1 inch loops made out of flat nylon for the door anchor https://is.gd/P5aK66

1x pulley commonly found at any hardware store

Tools:
Hand saw to cut PVC to length.
Find grit sandpaper to sand down and smooth the edges of the handles.
Sharp razor blade or box cutter to cut grip texture into handles and to cut rope.
Lighter to melt the end of the cut rope so it doesn’t fray.
