In Season 04, loot is practically worthless so if you need money fast, consider cracking safes. It's the easiest way to acquire gold bars, gold skulls, kill streaks, classified documents, and good old fashioned cold hard cash.

Prior to the Season 04 cash nerfs, there'd be a safe here about 75% of the time; but you'll only find one here now about 33% of the time. Look in the eastern outskirts of the AlMazrah map, near sector H3. The safe is in the service garages, near the northeast corner of the area.

If you're out safecracking, I recommend a vehicle so you can move about quickly (driving from safe location to location). Also, acquire an RPG7 from an NPC. Each time you begin to drill a safe, you're almost guaranteed to get helicopter reinforcements and if you use the RPG7 on them (as shown in this video), you'll splatter the whole lot of them. It'll save you a ton of ammo and is instrumental in making the safecracking enterprise more troublefree.
