पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने राज्य में गेरुआ (या भगवा) और लाल रंगों से छतों की पुताई उठाते हुए मुख्य सचिव को इसकी जाँच करने के आदेश दिए हैं। उन्होंने शुक्रवार (28 जून) को कहा कि बंगाल में घर की छतें भगवा और लाल क्यों होंगी? उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि बंगाल में छत पर लगाने के लिए इस तरह के टिन शेड कैसे आपूर्ति किए जा रहे हैं।

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has ordered the Chief Secretary to investigate the issue of painting roofs in saffron (or saffron) and red colours in the state. She said on Friday (28 June) that why would the roofs of houses in Bengal be saffron and red? She also said how such tin sheds are being supplied for roofing in Bengal.
