Here are some of the things that have slowed down the side by side market. UTV sales continue to crash. UTVs are not worth what they were a year ago. Who are the people buying these expensive toys? Small business owners, family people, bluecollar workers, skilled laborers. These are the people who value experiences in time with their families above all else. They have chosen this as their hobby, their investment, and turned it into a passion.
2023 model year SXS’s don't offer anything very exciting as far as engines or suspension or anything. innovation has paused. Shipping slowdowns are letting up, inventory is building, but the used SXS market is getting very attractive. 1020% reduction in used UTV asking prices have happened in the last 60 days. Now is a good time to buy used.

"Those are toys and they're too expensive. They are only for the rich." Yes, they have gotten way more pricey than they used to be. But why have they? The current administration's monetary policies have definitely caused troubles as far as the rising prices of goods in every single area of every industry. Inflation has driven up the cost to produce as well as the cost to purchase any new item.

Let me be clear, this is not a political video. It is merely about policies. It is about observations. It is about how some of the things that we have dealt with over the last two years have led to the lack of innovation in the SXS UTV market, Although it is not limited to this industry.

Much like boat people are boat people, airplane people are airplane people, UTV SXS owners are folks that like to play and play hard.
