Menisucs injuries are a very common form of knee injury which lots of people suffer from. Many people decide to have surgery on their meniscus because they believe that this is the best option.

In this video I take you step by step through a rehabilitation program for someone with a meniscal injury and show you how you can get better without the need for surgery.

I walk through the three phases of meniscus rehabilitation and give example exercises that you can perform as you go through each phase.

You need to work on the strength of the knee overall as well as on the power and sports specific drills which I go through in the video.
