If you want to build a sixpack like gymnats have this year, I have good news for you. You don’t have to train your abs everyday.

But there are certain things that you should absolutely do everyday to reach your goal more easily, with no more than 23 workouts per week.

1. Breathe through your nose.
2. Get at least 78 hours of sleep.
3. Go to bed and wake up around the same time.
4. Start your day with morning sunlight.
5. Stay hydrated.
6. Aim for 10,000 steps a day.
7. Spend 10 minutes in nature and make contact with the earth.
8. Consume an average of 3050 grams of protein per meal.
