Hello everyone Today I'm cooking super delicious and simple recipe from very simple ingredients. Ready in minutes! A perfect idea for dinner. The main ingredients are canned tuna, rice and eggs!

Ingredients:
210g (1 cup) Jasmine rice
1 can of Tuna
1 sweet onion
2 eggs
120ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
100g (3.5oz) Mozzarella Cheese
olive oil
Season with salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Parsley (optional)
Bake at 190°C /380°F for 15 minutes
