Do you have oatmeal and bananas? Healthy dessert in 5 minutes! I lost 10 kg in a month!

Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
100 g oat flakes.
200 ml milk.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 teaspoon vanillin.
2 bananas.
1 apple.
Shape 18 cm (7 inches).
Cranberry.
30g walnuts.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.

Recipe 2
120 g oat flakes.
240 g warm milk.
Leave on for 10 minutes.
2 bananas.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons cocoa.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
100g powdered sugar.
30 ml espresso coffee.

Recipe 3
220 g oat flakes.
80g walnuts.
12 apples.
200g yogurt.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
2 eggs.
1 banana.
80 g cranberries.
Vanillin.
Grease with butter.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.

Recipe 4
1 cup walnuts.
2 bananas.
lemon juice.
Ginger.
Tangerine peel.
Cinnamon.
Bake for 2530 minutes at 190°C/380°C.
