Lots of negative opinions abound online that mention FedEx routes. This video covers why there's so much hate for owning FedEx routes, whether they're valid or just 'trolls,' and finally how you should go about using those comments to help you decide whether routes are the right choice for you to buy a business.

Many of the comments AREN'T just trolls. Most of the time they're valid complaints, but we need to address what those complaints are to help decide on moving forward or not. Routes fail primarily for 3 reasons: 1) Bad contracts, 2) Bad owner management, and 3) External / Economic situations.

The reasonable goal with a business acquisition isn't to find a "risk free effortless business," but to find a business with risk we're willing to accept and with problems we're willing to solve.
