So you need a muzzle for your pet? Welcome to my channel! Where we talk about real life pet problems and how to solve them!

Today were talking about muzzles for your pet, why you need one, how to place in on and what type is best for your pet. I feel that every dog needs to have a muzzle at the ready for times of need! And one that FITS CORRECTLY! You may never ever have to use it... but it would suck to need it and not know how to use it. Most common reasons people don't want to use a muzzle is because they feel it is painful for there dog. It is just an uncomfortable item placed on them, such as a uncomfortable item of clothing that you put on. It doesn't hurt them and it can be a tool trained for them to use, just like the leash. I highly recommend purchasing the kit from the link below, so you have multiple sizes to make sure your pet gets a comfortable fit. If you have too many muzzles you could always give them away to a neighbor! There are multiple types of muzzles that are found on the market, we will be going over the following: Basket muzzle: Used for training, it allows the dog to be able to drink water, take treats or food through the muzzle. Cage muzzle: Made from metal material and is used a lot by police officers when trying not to let their dog bite people. It is a tool used for aggressive. Leather Muzzle: used for training in the field for mostly hunting dogs, and is used to not allow the pet to pick up or eat things in the field while training. Cloth/ Mesh Muzzle: my personal favorite, used in situations such as grooming and painful situations to no allow the dog to bite, drink, or take treats. This one is for the safety of you and your pet. This one should not be left on for more than 1530 minutes unless transporting an extremally painful pet. Gauze Muzzle: to be used only in an emergency situation and NEVER EVER tied to the collar or harness. I hope I have educated you on the types and times to use a muzzle and if you have any questions please leave them below and I will get to you as soon as I can. Please remember I'm here for you, You're here for your pet!
