This was a oneofakind dollhouse that my husband and I purchased for rehabbing. Previously, we completed two dollhouse kits. This is our first attempt at rehabbing an existing house. It is four stories and originally had 14 rooms! We have long admired other people’s store/restaurant room boxes, so we decided to make this structure into a couple of retail spaces rather than living spaces. Walls were removed and some moved. To accommodate new windows and attempt symmetry we enlarged window openings, closed off some doors and extended the wall height in the attic spaces. For those of you that do not like dolls, brace yourself, they are present!
