Sometimes it's just a little tricky to replace a simple 10" wheel from a hand truck, dolly, generator, pressure washer, etc. There are several types of oneway or pressed on keepers, and maybe this will help you with your problem.

I used locking pliers, lubricant, a hammer and a 17mm socket to get this job done. Also, the axle was 5/8", I accidentally called it 5/16" Haha...
