Update: there’s nothing wrong with the ABL1500, The problem was the instructions they came in the box was incorrect. After phone calls after phone calls and countless emails to ATN no one could tell me what I was doing wrong. I want to thank the YouTube community to telling me what I needed to do to correct the problem.
