Let's lift, squat, and stretch our way to fitness together! ‍♀ #GlutesOfSteel #KettlebellWorkout #StrongNotSkinny"

In this video, we will focus on targeting and strengthening your glutes through a series of standing kettlebell exercises. It's important to warm up properly with gentle hip mobility exercises to prevent injury, especially if you have dead butt syndrome.

Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, you can use a kettlebell with weight resistance or start without any resistance. I'll guide you through top compound movements like deadlifts, squats (full and half), and other exercises to improve lower body strength, bone health, and hip mobility.

We'll also incorporate proper breathwork, warming up the feet, ankles, and hips for a wellrounded workout. To cool down, we'll finish with deep yoga stretches such as the sun salutation series and pigeon stretch to relax and stretch out those hardworking muscles. Get ready to feel the burn and see results with this comprehensive glutes workout! #GluteActivation #LowerBodyWorkout #KettlebellTraining #StrengthAndMobility #YogaForFitness #FitnessJourney
