Whatever you do, don’t build your business around one customer avatar! Build Your Business The Right Way by NOT niching down. You’ll hear me say that A LOT in this video, but for good reason.

Don’t get me wrong, there are times when you definitely should be niching down on your avatar. However, working on building your business model is not one of those times.

I think that when you are building a business model or developing your products and services, you need to avoid niching down on your customer avatar at all costs!
