In the northern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia a group of dirt bike riders calling themselves the One Wheel Bandits (OWB) roam the streets, performing dangerous stunts on public roads, often riding in packs of twenty or more.

To the police and the media, they are a threatening menace, but that's not the full story.
