Another doctor told me that it's a cumulative muscle injury, and there's no issue with my spine. Although it still hurts, it's getting better every day. Good posture is really important, especially for us music producers who spend a lot of time in front of computers.

During this time, I'll be making music using my DAW. I'll be experimenting with genres I don't usually work with to increase my versatility. I'm currently not very familiar with 808s. While almost every mix gig involves 808s, I'm not yet confident in producing with them or selecting the right sounds. I'll be focusing on mastering this skill in the coming weeks.

What do you think of the color grading in this video? I spent two days studying color grading while I was laid up in bed, and I'd love to hear where I can improve.
