Today, I will show you how to make your pancake twice as much crispier without using any special ingredients!
With this method, you can use it for any vegetable you have, so don't miss this chance!

[ingredients]
1 Green onion or Young Spring onion (170g)
1 Squid (You can replace it with any other seafood you want)
1 Cheongyang pepper
1 Red pepper

[Batter]
A cup of flour mix
2/3 cup of water
1/3 cup of soju

[Dipping sauce]
1 spoon of water
1 spoon heavy soy sauce
1 spoon of vinegar (CJO, Hwanman, Brown Rice Vinegar)
Half a spoon of sugar
Onion, chili as much as you want


[Summary]
1. Batter : Use water and soju together / never stir it too much / make sure the batter is cold
