Here we have a new to me razor a Dorko 14 pattern razor made from Swedish steel. I'm yet to come across another 14 pattern razor made from Swedish steel, frankly to me it's like a dream razor. The steel seems to be just like the Parker 1001 and has a almost black look to it and just like the Parker my 3M metal polish is not really touching it, the Parker is made from a Swedish ASSAB steel.
