主に10歳代30歳代の方に対しては「重瞼ライン」の形成目的で「二重埋没法」が行なわれます。
しかし、40歳代以降は、二重埋没法拡大二重埋没法の治療目的が「上眼瞼の弛み改善、軽度眼瞼下垂症状改善」といった機能改善目的が主になります。
本編では「老化した上眼瞼に対する外科的治療戦略」について患者様たちのご協力の下で当院なりに考えてみました。あくまで当院なりの考えなので一般的なスタンダードな考え方ではないかもしれません。
