The Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals has wrapped up qualifying, and while the pro stock and pro stock motorcycle categories couldn't improve much due to the high humidity. The Top Fuel and Funny Car class saw some big changes in the final 2 qualifying sessions as drivers jockied for position to try and win Sundays eliminations. The #1 qualifiers may have not changed between Matt Smith, Greg Anderson, Austin Prock, and Doug Kalitta. However, it was a great day for the likes of Blake Alexander, Justin Ashley, and even Tony Stewart who all had great runs in very tricky conditions.
