The hottest months of summer can lead to tough days on the water as the fishing pressure, boat traffic, and water temps reach their peak. It is important to keep in mind that no matter how tough the bite gets that fish have to eat and will do so daily even if the feeding windows have narrowed. When conditions get tough sometimes a finesse approach is required to trigger finicky bass into action, never be too stubborn to pull the spinning rod out to put fish in the boat.
