Copernicus is the European Union's flagship Earth observation initiative, designed to provide valuable information services to citizens and organizations across the EU. It utilizes a combination of satellite Earth observation and insitu (nonspace) data to monitor and understand our planet and its environment.

As the Copernicus open access hub website had announced, this website was closed at the end of October 2023 and all the Copernicus sentinel data were fully transferred to the Copernicus Data Space Ecosystem website with new services, Tools, GUI, APIs, etc. which has better performance to download Sentinel 1, sentinel 2, sentinel 3, and sentinel 5 images, and all other data that was available on open access hub website.
