Veterans can now access their VA decision letters electronically on VA.gov using the Decision Letter Download Tool. This new option improves the digital selfservice experience for Veterans and allows them to quickly access VA’s decision letters. Veterans will continue to receive paper decision letters in the mail. Veterans no longer have to speak with VA or wait for a paper letter in the mail to know the decisions made on their claim.
