Our Central Business District is on the rise! In this episode we’re chipping away at more of our downtown blocks by carving out new skyrise plazas with spectacular views of Pengasas Bay. Today’s sculpture will also include adding a downtown Hospital, Parking Garages, a Bus Station, a Tram Stop, and a massive Central Bank! We’ll detail up the green spaces near the National Gallery of the Arts, create new pedestrian bridges, and chisel out a quaint walking mall with neighborhood shops. Off camera we’ll rework the south end of our central couplet to get us ready for our waterfront development in a future episode.
