Drake Hall was constructed in the Arts and Crafts style for one of the wealthiest businessmen in the state of Iowa named D.C. Bradley in 1909. The 13,000+ square foot Gilded Age mansion was crafted using only the finest materials by the most experienced craftsmen and features a uniquely eclectic Arts and Crafts architectural blend of Dutch Colonial, Richardsonian Romanesque, Prairie School, Craftsman and Japanese influences.
