Create a PowerPoint 2016 presentation
Choose slide layout as blank
Insert downloaded Picture (compass with pencil) from your device location.
Remove background of inserted picture and resize
Draw a circle from Insert Shape Oval (drug mouse pointer with holding ctrl+shift key) and choose no fill.
View Guides for pointing central position
Place Compass image in middle point.
Increase circle over compass and circle will be no line
Select circle and compass image together and grouping
Add Animation Emphasis Effect Spin Delay .50 duration 03.00
Draw another circle with no fill and place it middle. Also add animation entrance effect wheel Delay .50 duration 03.00 Start with previous
