This is an easy tutorial on drawing a female face. In this stepbystep process for beginners, we’ll use just a regular HB pencil, tissue paper and a blending stump or cotton bud. Even if you're a complete beginner, this method will help you develop your drawing skills so that you can draw something to an advanced level :)

First, we’ll start with drawing the face proportions and face outline, then we’ll move on to the main features: eyes, eyebrows, nose and mouth.

In the next stage we’ll cover shading the face, then blending it using regular tissue paper. This is a really effective but simple method for achieving smooth skin tone.

Lastly, I'll show you how to draw the hair and how to add highlights to enhance the contrast between light and dark.
