The video , Drawing a Tulip with Colored Pencils , shows excellent use of colored pencils to draw water droplets on a tilip flower.In this drawing I’ve first outlined the water droplets.Then I shaded the tulip flower from light shade to dark shade with colored pencils applying layering technique.In this drawing tutorial I’ve also drawn and colored two tulip leaves.Finally this drawing video shows how to draw water droplets by using colored pencils and whitener pen.
