In June 2024 my husband Damien and I leave Montreal where we have lived for the last 9 years with our kids, to move to Nova Scotia.

After an intense period of organizing and packing for our own move (while helping and guiding two of our kids who are leaving the nest in this same season) we leave the city in a UHaul and our car on a Friday afternoon in June.

This is the story of that drive and our first days at our new home in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia.
