This time it will be a video when lemongrass is dried.
The seedlings I received from a friend living in the neighboring town are growing quickly.
I like the refreshing scent and refreshing taste of the leaves when they are rubbed or cut.

The current way to drink it, as introduced in the video, is 3 spoonfuls of regular coffee, 400500ml of hot water, and then steamed for 20 minutes and then cooled.
If it is possible to dry it further, I would like to use it as a dye when dyeing, but I am still thinking about it. (As of August 16, 2023)
