This is the 3rd part of the process of producing DTO substrate PbO2 electrodes.
The process is long so henceforth it will be cut into 2 or 3 parts depending on length and I have already cut out a lot of footage which was unnecessary.
This part is mainly focused on the plating and testing of the final coating of the electrode.
