Hello everyone! Today, I have a quick update on the new servos from Dualsky I'm using for F3A.

I've had some centering and power issues with my MKS servos (details below) and decided to test the Dualsky servos we tested some time ago on my F3A competition models. We are preparing for the 2024 F3A European Championship, so this is the perfect test for these servos.

I installed the DS9420 on the ailerons and the DS8930 on the rudder. The replacement was easy, with only a slight adjustment needed for the rudder servo. The DS9420 is lighter and faster than the MKS HV737, and the DS8930 on the rudder made a significant improvement, handling knifeedge maneuvers effortlessly again.

After two weeks of testing, the servos have performed great. I'll be using them on my two Anthems for the next European Championship, which speaks to their quality.

Remember, these Dualsky servos are competitively priced and could be a great option for your next project. You can find and order all these servos on our website.

Thanks for watching!

Issues with MKS Servos. After a year and a half of usage on my two Anthems:

2x HV69 developed too much play and had to be substituted. The performance continues to be good with small size and powerful output, but that play was unacceptable for F3A.

3x HV737 started to flicker without any input. The power and responsiveness were as usual, but the centering was gone due to unwanted movements. During the flight the feeling was pretty bad as you had to be trimming your ailerons constantly.

1x HV1220 began to feel weaker and weaker, making it hard to handle highdemanding knifeedge maneuvers. Despite adjustment changes, the servos seemed to lose force over time.
