Smaller wheel is Dualtron Victor/Speedway 10" split rim with 80/656 tire with inner tube. Larger is 11" tubeless Dualtron 3 rim with PMT 90/606.5 Stradale tire. Weight is 1249g vs 1415g, so 11" DT3 rim with PMT have 165g over stock. I have moved to 11" on Victor without problems (little problems with fender bolts, but tuned Allen 4mm key solved it) and must little cut fender because of contact with tire. Dont forget to change P0 settings.
