I went to Dubai to report on the living conditions of local workers and the city's ecological disaster. All this also puts our own lifestyles into perspective. Is there a real difference between the United Arab Emirates and Europe?

By setting off on adventures to explore Marina 101, culture circles in the desert, Dubai's labor camps and the Dubai ski resort, I paint a portrait of the excessiveness of Dubai and the petromonarchies in general (Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia...).

Through the prism of Greek hybris, I try to understand the symbolism of Dubai and the modern slavery it sets up.
