Hello!)

This recipe for dumplings with cottage cheese was shared with me by a subscriber from Cherkasy. I decided to try :) It turned out pretty tasty. It will appeal to those who love hearty, fatty dumplings in oil.

Dough:
500g. flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 hour a teaspoon of salt
200ml water
Filling:
800 g cottage cheese
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
Filling for dumplings with cottage cheese:
3 eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream
50 ml. butter.
Spread this mixture over the dumplings and bake for 3040 minutes. 180200 degrees
