On December 2nd, 1997, Bethesda Softworks released An Elder Scrolls Legends: Battlespire. A spinoff title that many remember as "that weird, very green looking Daggerfall pseudoexpansion". While Battlespire shares many similarities with it's parent game, it also makes a number of hefty and rather questionable changes.

In this retrospective, I attempt to curate and dissect this unwieldy beast of a dungeon delver. All the while explaining key elements of it's story, gameplay and godawful character systems. Settle in buckos, it gets bumpy.
