I drove her into the ground like a fence post!!! My goodness. This is what NOT to do when testing out the AS3X system.

So to start, here is what I had in the plane...
Stock Motor & ESC
Rx: AR9350 (w/AS3X)
Radio: Spectrum DX9 (Gen2)
Battery: 3S 4200mAh 40C

This is kinda long but hopefully this will help me and someone else reading this to learn from my mistakes today...

This was the first time I tested the AS3X. You can hear the radio voice call out "AS3X" when I'm flying the plane and when I tried turning it off, I turned the gains up EVEN HIGHER by mistake, to its highest setting.

When I first flipped the switch, I put it in medium gains (50% AS3X gains btw) and this was too sensitive and you can hear me notice it immediately in the video but I still wouldn't use 50% again going forward. Then when I tried turning AS3X off, I got confused by the switch and instead I switched it to the highest gains by mistake and you see how much altitude I lost and how quickly it came down to the ground!!!

As the video shows, the plane was completely and totally uncontrollable at this point. The video says it all as to how quickly things go south (especially the plane lol).

A lot of the guys assured me it can be fixed and flown again
and it's definitely repairable but I think I may use this one for spare parts since it is discontinued and maybe I'll see if I can find another one online. So we'll see...
